Meten van voeding allergieën en intoleranties.

Als je een allergie hebt voor bepaalde voedingsmiddelen dan weet je dat meestal wel.; bij een allergie zijn de klachten meestal duidelijk.

Als je een intolerantie hebt dan is het veel lastiger om de oorzaak te achterhalen..

Iedereen zit anders in elkaar; wat voor de een goed is kan bij een ander klachten veroorzaken. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan; vis tarwe, melkproducten., zoetstoffen., aardappelen. en pinda's.

Voedingsmiddelen kunnen ook tijdelijk niet goed voor je zijn door je leefstijl, omdat je misschien iets te veel hetzelfde eet, je afweer minder is door bv ziekte of stress, je te veel schadelijke stoffen binnen hebt gekregen of op een andere manier het evenwicht weg is.

Je functioneert namelijk pas goed als je de juiste en genoeg voedingstoffen binnen krijgt en er een balans zit tussen bijvoorbeeld de mineralen. Niet alleen je lichaam functioneert beter maar je voelt je vaak ook mentaal beter.

Het uitmeten van voeding wat (tijdelijk) niet goed voor je is; waar je klachten van krijgt of een allergie of intolerantie voor hebt is vrij eenvoudig met de bio-tensor.

Hierdoor kun je vervolgens je voedingspatroon aanpassen en ga je beter in je vel zitten.
